If you can make it to a store in person, we have a button on our register to check gift card balances, no purchase required. Just have to press a button, swipe, and itll print out thr balance. (Its on the right hand side, near the middle, for my cashiers) Just go in store and buy something to check the balance.
I have 2 Chipotle gift cards: one at a lower balance and another higher. I would like to pay using 2 gift cards but the app only holds one gift card (how stupid is this). When in-store order was available, I could just walked in and paid with 2 gift cards, one after another. But now with mobile in-app order, I can’t get this to work.
There isn’t a way to split payment on the app or online. I work at Chipotle! If you add your gift card to your app, you should be able to use the gift card on the app. It will subtract the gift card amount from the rest of the payment. Unfortunately, it could also be an induced bug in the system. Besides that, you should be able to!
Gift Card Issues when ordering off the app. I have a $20 gift card that I’m trying to use to pay for my food but every time I add my gift card to the app it says $0 balance but when I check the balance online it says $20. I even tried to add the card to my account on the regular website but it won’t let me.

I leftover gift cards stacking up that don't have enough on them to cover a whole burrito but it feels bad letting the money go to waste... $6, $4, etc. Would I be able to give the cashier my giftcard number to apply it to the balance of whatever im ordering?
Amazon was no help. Their GC team refused to help and said i need to contact Chipotle (which has no means to contact them). Looks like Chipotle is running a scam with these egift cards. I tried the chat but the stupid bot will not get an agent. Will raise a fraud issue with my credit card company as a last step.
I don’t even understand this, at like 99.9% of other online business when you use a gift card it just deducts from the total and then you pay the remainder if there is any. In 2020 not doing it like this is a joke...
Go in the app and click on payment. You can add a payment including gift cards there. you need to create an account. then when you have the account, you find a way to load the gift card money onto the account. you dont do it at checkout. it does. when you get to payment, just swipe to the left & it has options.
Tricky_Shoulder_9293. •. Call chipotle catering. They can either do it for you or provide you the option to pay in store upon pick up & you can use the gift card. Good luck! I am placing a catering order online and want to use my gift card to pay for it. I loaded the gift card to my account as a payment method. When I go….
