Williams began writing the Jurassic Park score at the end of February 1993, and it was conducted a month later; because Williams sustained a back injury during the scoring sessions, several cues were conducted by Artie Kane [3] (Kane is uncredited in the film, but receives special thanks in the 1993 soundtrack album's credits and is listed as a conductor in the La-La Land Records set).
There are many tracks that were not included in the official soundtrack, such as the music played during the scene at the Jurassic Park Visitors Center, which features a piano rendition of the original Jurassic Park theme. These tracks are included in the film's complete score, which was unofficially released on December 31, 2016.

A full version of the original "Theme from Jurassic Park" was recorded for the film but was notably much faster and was cut from the final product, only available on the soundtrack.
