As of 2018, the school has over 200 students every year which includes both American students and international students. (International students can apply for Curricular Practical Training , Optional Practical Training and STEM OPT, thus granting them up to 4 years of work authorization in the USA [ 7 ] ).

The Georgia Film Academy (GFA) is a not-for-profit entertainment arts program based in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a collaboration of the University System of Georgia and the Technical College System of Georgia created in 2015 by Georgia state leadership to meet education and workforce needs for high-demand careers in Georgia's film and creative industries.
Its service area grew as new campuses opened and students came to the college from throughout the metro area. In 1997, DeKalb College was renamed Georgia Perimeter College. It was called Georgia Perimeter College , as a two-year associate degree -granting unit of the University System of Georgia until January 6, 2016.
The Atlanta College of Art (ACA) was a private four-year art college located in Atlanta, Georgia. [1] Founded in 1905, it was the oldest art college in the Southeast when it was sold out by the Woodruff Arts Center board of directors to the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2006.
