    So the only remaining thing I see is the question of whether the title has actually changed over the years from "America" to "My Country(,) 'Tis of Thee". It was always "America" for sure, at least in Michael's and my experience. Checking on this with Google is going to be tough, with "My country, 'tis of thee" in the song's lyrics.
