S.A.S. à San Salvador (German title: S.A.S. Malko, im Auftrag des Pentagon) is a 1983 French-German international co-production film adaptation of Gérard de Villiers' novel of the same name. The film was directed by Raoul Coutard .
The film was financed by Buñuel's mother, and shot in Le Havre and at the Billancourt Studios in Paris over a period of ten days in March 1928. [8] It is a black and white, 35 mm, silent film, with a running time of 17 minutes (although some sources state 24 minutes) and a physical length of 430 meters.
