Gladiolus 'Priscilla' is a cultivar of Gladiolus (Gladiolus x gandavensis, [1]) which has tri-colored flowers. They have a white ruffled flowers with pink edges, and a soft yellow throat. [ 2 ] The florets (6 - 7 per stem) are arranged on strong and erect spikes adorned by pointed sword-like leaves.
The distribution of Gladiolus patersoniae extends from Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape, across the Little Karoo region, to as far west as the alluvial gravel plains around Worcester in the Western Cape. Its range extends south into the Overberg region as far as the coast near Cape Infanta.
Gladiolus carneus grows well in the ground in Mediterranean climates or anywhere in pots. It reliably comes back. Can be dug and stored for the summer. Keep it dry in the summer. Plant in autumn with 5 cm (2 in) of soil over the bulb and 5 – 10 cm (2 - 4 inches) apart.

It is one of the most widely distributed species of Gladiolus, ranging from eastern South Africa and Madagascar throughout tropical Africa and into western Arabia.
