The Shrine of St. Joseph is a Catholic church in St. Louis, Missouri in Columbus Square. The church began in 1843 when the Jesuits founded the parish to serve the residential community consisting mostly of German immigrants. The church is the site of the only authenticated miracle in the Midwestern United States.

Though the Shrine was temporarily relocated to the new St. Norbert Abbey between 1969-2015, it has since returned to its original location. Since 1888, a weekly Perpetual Novena in honor of St. Joseph has been prayed every Wednesday at the Shrine as well as an annual Solemn Novena leading to the Solemnity of St. Joseph (March 19) from March 10-19.
