Chronicle is an American newsmagazine television program that is produced by two New England television stations owned by Hearst Television: WCVB-TV (channel 5) in Boston, Massachusetts and WMUR-TV (channel 9) in Manchester, New Hampshire. The program premiered on WCVB on January 25, 1982, and the WMUR version premiered in September 2001.

The Boston Chronicle (1915–1966) was a newspaper in Boston, Massachusetts. [1] [2] It was founded by immigrants from the Caribbean and advocated for civil rights and against colonialism. [3] Launched by immigrants from Jamaica, it promoted itself with the motto "Fearless and Uncompromising – Advocate of Justice, Rights, and Opportunities". [4]

December 28, 1767 issue of the Boston Chronicle. The Boston Chronicle was an American colonial newspaper published briefly from December 21, 1767, until 1770 in Boston, Massachusetts. The publishers, John Mein and John Fleeming, were both from Scotland. The Chronicle was a Loyalist paper in the time before the American Revolution.
