Kaldur'ahm, or Kaldur for short, is the superhero codenamed Aqualad and Aquaman in media published by DC Entertainment. The character was created by Brandon Vietti , Greg Weisman and Phil Bourassa for the television series Young Justice , and voiced by Khary Payton .
Aquaman II / Aqualad / Kaldur'ahm [3] (voiced by Khary Payton) - Designation: B02; later 27. In the first season, Kaldur'ahm (or "Kaldur" for short) was the 16-year-old leader of the team. His powers, channeled through the tattoos on his arms, are a mixture of Atlantean sorcery and science.
This coincides with the appearance of Aqualad in the Young Justice animated series (albeit using the name Kaldur'ahm). [3] [4] According to Johns, the new Aqualad is named Jackson Hyde, and is a black teenager from New Mexico. [2] In a teaser poster for the Brightest Day event, he is shown using "hard water" abilities to create a sword. [5]
