Manteno Middle School was built in 1953 and opened in 1955. This school was the second high school. This school served as the high school from 1955-1974. Additions were built in 1963 and 1994 which added more classroom space. The newest addition was built in 2007 which added 18 more classrooms and a new gym. The building went under renovation too.
Banchory St. Ternan Football Club are a Scottish Junior football club based in Crathes, two miles outside the town of Banchory, Aberdeenshire.The club were formed in 1992 after an amalgamation of two local amateur teams, Banchory Amateurs and St. Ternan Amateurs, and joined the Scottish Junior Football Association, North Region in 1993.
Built in 1961, the building that is now MSJH was originally Mahomet-Seymour High School. In 1981 the high school moved to its current building. MSJH has gone through many renovations and additions, including ten new rooms in 1994. As of the 2024-2025 school year, MSJH has an enrollment of 793 students across the three grade levels of 6th to 8th.
