Kanal 5 (Channel 5) is a Danish subscription television channel operated by Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery.The station is broadcast to Denmark by satellite from London, showing mainly films, American drama shows and sports.
DR TV is an internet streaming catch-up television service for people in Denmark, made by Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR). SBS unveiled a new strategy in March 2006 with changes to be implemented on the short and long terms. Among them were the renaming of TV Danmark as Kanal 4 on 1 May 2006. [3] The rename repositioned the channel as "Denmark's first female channel". Some of Kanal 5's programmes aimed at the female audience moved to the new service. [4]
TV3 is a Danish pay television channel owned by Viaplay Group.It was separated from the earlier Pan-Scandinavian version in 1990. [1]Unlike its main rivals, DR and TV 2, the channel does not broadcast from Denmark but from the United Kingdom.
