The Tower at City Place (formerly known as Trump Tower) is a 35-story condominium located at 10 City Place in the city of White Plains in Westchester County, New York. [1] The building was designed by Costas Kondylis and Partners. [2] It was completed in 2005, and it opened on September 21 of that year with 212 residences and 3 commercial spaces.
It features two 35-story apartment and condominium towers, known as The Tower at City Place, 600,000-square-foot (60,000 m 2) of retail, restaurants, entertainment space and parking facilities. It also includes the White Plains Performing Arts Center.
The tower, made of granite, was designed by architect Frank Williams to resemble Art Deco buildings of the 1920s and 1930s.
