The 4-6 metre long estimation was for sub-adult specimens; adult specimens were estimated at 12-16 metres, so the diagram should be fine in that sense.
Spinosauridae (or spinosaurids) is a clade or family of tetanuran theropod dinosaurs comprising ten to seventeen known genera. Spinosaurid fossils have been recovered worldwide, including Africa, Europe, South America and Asia. Their remains have generally been attributed to the Early to Mid Cretaceous. Spinosaurids were large bipedal carnivores.

The problem with critiquing megaraptorid reconstructions is that much of the overall anatomy (especially of the skull) and proportions are unknown due to the fact that a mostly complete skeleton hasn't been found for any members of the group, though this will likely change in the future.
