HP Pavilion dv9000, dv8000, dv5000, dv3000, dv2000, dv1000 series The HP Pavilion dv6000 was a model series of laptops manufactured by Hewlett-Packard Company that featured 15.4" diagonal 16:10 displays.
Both models came with either integrated or discrete graphics. It uses the Radiance pattern as part of HP's Imprint finish, with some models featuring other unique patterns. Model numbers range from dv2700 to dv2899. The Pavilion dv2700 and the rest of the Pavilion dv2000 series were replaced by the 14.1" dv4 series in mid-to-late September 2008.
HP Pavilion is a line of consumer-oriented personal computers originally produced by Hewlett-Packard and later by its successor, HP Inc. Introduced in 1995, HP has used the name for both desktops and laptops for home and home office use.
First introduced in July 2006, [1] the HP Pavilion dv9000 series was a series of high-definition capable widescreen laptops using the HP Imprint finish. It featured 17.0" 16:10 LCD displays housed in a clamshell-type case, measured 15.16 x 11.65 x 1.57 inches, and weighs anywhere from about 7.7 lb (3.5 kg) to 8.4 lb (3.8 kg).
Following HP's acquisition of Compaq in 2002, this series of notebooks was discontinued, replaced with the HP Pavilion, HP Compaq, and Compaq Presario notebooks. The OmniBook name would later be repurposed for a line of consumer-oriented notebooks in 2024, replacing the old Pavilion and Spectre series of notebooks.
The HP ZBook Firefly G9 is only available in one iteration in the UK at present, which is the model tested (16 GB RAM, i7 1255U Processor, 512 GB SSD storage) at a price of £1438.80.
