The Marshall Health Network Arena, originally known as the Huntington Civic Center, later as the Huntington Civic Arena and later, for sponsorship reasons as the Big Sandy Superstore Arena and Mountain Health Arena, is a municipal complex located in the downtown area of Huntington, West Virginia, one block west of Pullman Square.
Big Sandy purchased the naming rights to the Huntington Civic Arena in Huntington, West Virginia in 2004, renaming it the Big Sandy Superstore Arena. In 2019, the Arena's naming rights were bought by Mountain Health Network, renaming it to the Mountain Health Arena. As of 09/2019 Big Sandy Superstore is a privately held company.

The Big Sandy, East Lynn and Guyan Railroad sold all of their rights-of-way to the Norfolk and Western Railway in 1908 [1] and went out of business in 1911. Norfolk Southern Railway trains would continue to operate on the right-of-way up until July 2015, when the last train was sent out.

The Big Sandy Heritage Center Museum is located in Pikeville, Kentucky. The museum was housed in the old Chesapeake and Ohio Depot until 2015, when it moved to the 4th floor of the Judicial Annex in downtown Pikeville. [1] The museum portrays the people, places, and events that makes the area unique.
