Mispillion Hundred is a hundred in Kent County, Delaware, United States. Mispillion Hundred was formed in 1682 as one of the original Delaware Hundreds.
The Mispillion River is a river flowing to Delaware Bay in southern Delaware in the United States.It is approximately 15 miles (24 km) long and drains an area of 76 square miles (200 km 2) on the Atlantic Coastal Plain.
The original Mispillion Lighthouse was built in 1831. The second Mispillion Lighthouse was a 65-foot (20 m) square wood tower rising from one corner of a two-story Gothic style wood keeper's house and was built in 1873. It served until 1929, when it was deactivated and replaced by a steel skeleton tower that had originally served at Cape Henlopen.
