Today I downloaded Infopath 2013 using the browser portal, My Account, Tools & Add-ins -> Info Path 2013. Download the 64 bit version. After installation, i did an Office Update and an yes! an update was installed. So far so good. Trying to install InfoPath 2013 on Windows 10 Enterprise, errors out every time, fresh windows install. I have been working on this for a good 5 hours. Fresh Windows 10 install with formatted c: drive. I tried Windows 10 version 1909 and 22H2. I have tried three different versions of InfoPath 2012.
This happened to us when user tried to run Infopath -file in computer that has only Office 2016 installed. Hi, I'm able to see something as Microsoft InfoPath MUI (English) 2016 in the installed programs list. But since InfoPath 2013 was the last release and there is no InfoPath 2016, how is it possible.
I have both the form type in compatibility as "web browser form" and have "open in browser" checked on the library settings. I'm not sure if this would help but the when a new document is added when InfoPaths is not installed I get this message. This form cannot be opened in a Web browser. To open this form, use Microsoft InfoPath.
I think Microsoft may have initially had some plans of releasing Filler separately from the Designer, but this ultimately did not happen. Users need the full version of InfoPath in order to fill out InfoPath forms. The alternative is to use SharePoint's InfoPath Forms Services, which allows users to fill out forms within a web browser. We succeded to publish the Form into Office 365 (Team Site) but what we need is to open that specific Form even if the user does not have InfoPath installed on his/her Workstation so opening in Web Browser. So far when we accessing the Library and Right-click the Form to select Open in Web Browser (This form cannot be opened in a Web browser.
We have two-factor authentication siteminder set up on our Office 365 / Sharepoint, but users are trying to login from InfoPath are not getting the same login screen. I have tried having the user logout and login, but it seems to be InfoPath trying to connect to a SharePoint list that is failing, not the account in the application.

This should enable it for the entire SharePoint. I was wondering if there is an option to enable this feature per site.
