Dutch Bros Coffee Customer and Employee Surveys. Hello! We are graduate students at the University of Colorado running a research project on Dutch Bros Coffee. Dutch bros basically tries to take the best of both worlds, a nice branding that makes it seem bougie, fast service thru their drive-thru, a smaller footprint making it easier for them to pop stores up basically anywhere, and pretty tasty coffee, yes it is loads of sugar, but it definitely seems better value than Starbucks.
r/dutchbros. This community has a Recap now! 2023 is over. I went to get my camp out cold brew which is my normal order. I usually get a large with ice so I decided to get a medium with no ice. It usually comes out to about ~$7ish. I haven’t ordered with no ice before and the employee there without hesitation told me it was $8.50.
It really depends on what state it’s in and who runs your franchise. I love working at Dutch it’s easy money and depending on management your coworkers will probably be great. Q&A. SavviSpaceMermaid. •. Dutch Bros compared to Starbucks for me is cheaper, more flavors, more customizability, friendlier workers, more coffee in their coffee drinks and it tastes better. Also the sticker drops are super fun! I've never even heard of Scooters though lol. Reply reply. SeatleSuperbSonics. •.
2023: $36 billion. Oh yeah Starbucks is really on the decline right now lol. They aren’t profitable, and I have concerns about their leadership. I have DutchBros on my watchlist for a while now too. I think it's a great business, customers seem to love it and a lot of starbucks addicts are switching to dutchbros.
With any jobs, if you’re crazy flexible— they’ll give you an interview as long as you’re the kind of person they’re looking for. We like people who are confident, and outgoing. We have people who are introverted and extroverted, but their personality can fit the job cause not everybody can work for Dutch tbh.
