The John Watson House, now called The Historic Magnolia Manor, also known as Burwell House is a historic plantation house located at Warrenton, Warren County, North Carolina. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Creekside is a historic home located near Morganton, Burke County, North Carolina. It was built in 1836, and is a two-story, five-bay, brick mansion with a gable roof in the Greek Revival style. It features a tetrastyle pedimented portico covers with heavy stuccoed brick Doric order columns. The interior features Federal style decorative elements.
The complex encompassed 36 contributing buildings that were built starting in 1898. The main hotel, The Manor, was built starting in 1898–1899, and consists of a rambling group of interconnected wings with elements of the Colonial Revival, Shingle Style, and Tudor Revival styles. Wings were added to the original building in 1903 and 1913–1914.
