Fredon Township (/ ˈ f r iː d ən / FREE-dən) is a township in Sussex County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 3,235, [8] a decrease of 202 (−5.9%) from the 2010 census count of 3,437, [16] [17] which in turn reflected an increase of 577 (+20.2%) from the 2,860 counted in the 2000 census.
