I want to redo some of the very old time NFL franchises that didn't make it to the modern day. Some of these teams had success back in the day but weren't able to continue. Basically, what if teams like the Canton Bulldogs had made it to modern day, what would they look like.First, a database of ...

I'll be straight honest here, I got tired of doing red unis. Rock Island is another team that had success pre NFL. In 1919 they went 9-1-1 but never had the same success afterwards. In 1926 they jumped ship, being the only NFL team to move to the 1926 version of the AFL. The rival league didn't pay as well as the NFL and they folded in 1927.

In a way this could be your own universe, rewriting nfl history, reimagining the league with a whole new set of teams. You’ve got the skill and it would be super interesting to see. I did some defunct NFL teams some time back and I wanted to go back and revise some of the designs. This is for the New York Yanks. They were kinda the middle awful team in a whole lot of awful teams that followed one after another. I want to go back through the ones I first did and put them in this new format and also fix some stuff.

A while back I did some concepts for defunct NFL teams. I didn't do a team called the Buffalo All-Americans because they didn't have an authentic logo anywhere online, at least what i could find. The two images featured on the Sports encyclopedia are wrong.
With 2 National Championships, 10 Big 10 Titles, the first Heisman winner, the first ever NFL draft pick and and participants in the game that many credit with changing football forever (1905 vs. Michigan), I present, the University of Chicago football team (they cancelled football, then brought it back. They are low D3 now)
Chicago has a long history with Pro Football and had two NFL teams until 1960 when the Cardinals left. That metro area could easily support another team. I went with "Spikes" for the name. Chicago is the largest rail hub in the world. It sees more rail freight traffic than any other city.
