On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to. A new message thread opens for you to begin with.
You may see missing messages in the Phone Link if you're using a third-party app as your primary messaging platform. Regular SMS and MMS messages will work as expected. You may also need to make sure you have the latest version of the Phone Link.
