Belmont Hill School is an all-boys day and optional five-day boarding school in Belmont, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston.The school enrolls approximately 470 boys in grades 7–12, separated into the Middle School (Forms I-III, or grades 7–9) and the Upper School (Forms IV-VI, or grades 10–12).
The transition from elementary school to middle school in Belmont occurs from 6th to 7th grade, slightly later than in most communities. In the fall of 2024, the Belmont School Administration plans to move the 4th grade level to the Chenery Upper Elementary School, and make the elementary schools for grades K-3. [ 8 ]

However, since Roxbury Latin is the only need-blind school out of these three, a prospective student seeking financial aid may have a better chance of obtaining admission to RL. Alternatively, a student otherwise eligible for financial aid may nonetheless apply as a full-pay student at Nobles and Belmont Hill to boost their chances of admission.
