Benjamin Lee Eddy (October 30, 1865 – December 25, 1942) [1] was an American attorney and politician. He was a member of the Republican Party and served in several capacities as a public official. During his time in the Oregon House of Representatives , Eddy authored a bill, which eventually became law, that created a state-wide corporate tax .
