Dr Mei Ling Young (1949 - 20 January 2021) was a Malaysian Chinese social scientist, international development scholar and academic administrator. She was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (i.e. Vice President) of the International Medical University, a university she co-founded in 1992.
He joined the International Medical University as a professor of medicine in 2013 and became a member of the university's senior management committee as vice-president with the responsibility for the medical and dental programmes in the same year. He also served as Director of the IMU Centre for Education (ICE) in 2015.
