But, when using my TV on the HDMI to play on my bed, the NVidia control panel is missing a lot of option, including the display category. I've searched everywhere to find a answer to my problem. I've uninstalled and installed the driver but nothing works.

DISPLAY options are only available when a Monitor is connected directly to the NVIDIA GPU. This is generally an issue with LAPTOPS. So, connect and External Monitor to the Correct External Display port and youll get the options as long as its not a low level machine. .
