Interstate 15 (I-15) is a major Interstate Highway in the Western United States, running through Southern California and the Intermountain West.I-15 begins near the Mexican border in San Diego County and stretches north to Alberta, Canada, passing through the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, and Montana.
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is responsible for the establishment and classification of a state highway network, including 5,000 miles (8,000 km) of roads that are classified as Interstate Highways, U.S. Highways, and state highways within the state of Idaho in the United States. [1]
Taking place between April 1997 and July 2001, the I-15 reconstruction project was the Utah Department of Transportation's first major Interstate reconstruction project. The project involved the renovation of 16.2 miles (26.1 km) of I-15 from 600 North in Salt Lake City to 10600 South (SR-151) in Sandy.
US-95 continues into Idaho from southeastern Oregon as an undivided two-lane highway for the majority of its length. As it is the state's primary north–south highway, Idaho is in the process of widening US-95 to an Interstate-style divided four-lane highway, from the Oregon state line in the southwest to Eastport at the northern border with Canada at Kingsgate, British Columbia.

U.S. Route 91 or U.S. Highway 91 (US 91) is a 172.7-mile-long (277.9 km) north–south United States highway running from Brigham City, Utah, to Idaho Falls, Idaho, in the U.S. states of Idaho and Utah. Despite the "1" as the last digit in the number, US 91 is no longer a cross-country artery, as it has mostly been replaced by Interstate 15. [2]
