The Region 1 version has "Volume 1" in the title, as it was originally the intention to release Volume 2 at a later point in time. However, these plans were never executed. This has been fixed in the Region 2 and 4 release of the DVD, as Disc 1 was released separately as "Volume 1", and disc 2 was released separately as "Volume 2".
