Since Coleslaw is a distinctly American food (page 85 of this text: [1]), I can't understand why there are Italian and German recipes. Those aren't Coleslaw. They have other names and should perhaps get their own pages. The UK variant is acceptable, assuming they call it coleslaw in the UK, since it likely derives from the US version.
