    Add the account in Quicken. Select "Advanced Options", then select Direct Connect. The added account should be Direct Connect with Bank Bill Pay activated.     I have tried to re-enable 53 direct connect but am prompted for a unique "Internet Banking ID and Password" that is NOT the same as the "login to the Fifth Third Bank Web site." Your Quicken login is the same as your login to the Fifth Third Bank Web site. Please use your Fifth Third Internet Banking ID and Password to access Quicken.

    FYI, until this issue is resolved, you can login to Fifth Third and export the transactions from each account. Choose the QFX option and submit. When Quicken opens, link the file to the appropriate account and then you will be able to accept them. I was able to reconcile the accounts after importing the files.

    Yes, Fifth Third Bank, on their web site, states clearly that they support Quicken bank bill pay. They even have instructions for setting it up. This is a direct quote from their Quicken FAQ: * When you reactivate your accounts, Quicken® will automatically enable online payment. Sadly, it doesn't work.

    I have not been able to download From Fifth Third since Jan. 25, 2023. I also can't log in to my Fifth Third account using Edge. Fifth Third advised me that after they updated their system the problem with Edge started and they are working on it. I can log in using Google Chrome. Has anyone experienced the problem with Edge and Fifth Third?
