Im running the newest version of windows in the release preview setting of the windows insider program. my problem is that the clock on the taskbar seems to have the wrong time. the date is correct. the time in the system settings is also correct. i tried changing time zone, change time manually, restarting the computer, restarting the service, but nothing updates the time in the taskbar.

My computer’s system time and time zone are correct at Eastern Time. Old Outlook calendar shows the correct Time Zone and meeting times. PLEASE study the enclosed screenshot:-System time is (correctly) at 8:05 AM (Eastern Time zone).-New Outlook shows near the top that I have a meeting (correctly) in 40 minutes.
Every time I start my PC the time shown is wrong by 1 hour. If i tell windows to synchronize the clock, then it adjusts to the correct time. but having to do so is annoying. Is there a way to fix
