There are a few Expats that just might need the Philippine National ID card, one of our new Expats told me that the NBI, recent change, require two Philippine ID cards and he doesn't have two Philippine recognized ID cards in order to perform a clearance but he's still checking on this new requirement, currently he is working on his 13a Visa.

I think I might just use one of the other items on the pull down menu like "School ID" and just put "Passport # xxxxxxxxx" in the box.

It is done either by a staff from Philippine Embassy or from Singapore Police Force. Once they're happy with the thumb prints, only then will they "certify" your application.

1. you can post the documentation to the NBI Building in Manila along with the fee and return postage. 2. you can ask somebody you know to apply on your behalf with an authorisation letter. Somebody in the Philippines had applied for me and I got the clearance in 12 days.

Good Morning all ,, 5th Year Renewal ACRI Card How is the BI doing these days (heh heh). I am inquiring about renewing my ACRI Card 13A, permanent. 5 years ago it went of without a glich, but now some things have changed on the "BI" webpage.
I think we muddled two things together. Item 6 on the 13a checklist is the NBI Clearance and is required if you been in country for more than 6 months. This is the topic of the OP's post. Item 7 on the checklist is the BI Clearance Certificate and is the one that BI will take care of when you file your 13a application.
13a Probationary to Permanent conversion. So I just realized I need to get going on my conversion of 13a as the probationary was issued in July 2020. From what I can find it looks like I am repeating the entire process over again when I first applied, payments and all. On the checklist is the need for an NBI clearance.
