Spring Hill (also known as Springhill) is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Santa Rosa County, Florida, United States. Its population was 169 at the 2020 census, [3] up from 160 at the 2010 census. [1] It is part of the Pensacola—Ferry Pass—Brent, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Lakeside is located in northeastern Clay County at (30.134840, -81.765767 It is bordered on its northeastern edge by the Town of Orange Park. To the north is the Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace CDP, and to the southeast, across Doctors Lake, an inlet of the St. Johns River, is Fleming Island.
Its county seat is Brooksville, [2] and its largest community is Spring Hill. Hernando County is included in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of 2005, Hernando was the 35th fastest-growing county in the country. [3]
