John Francis Green (18 December 1946 [1] – 10 January 1975), was a leading member of the North Armagh Brigade of the Provisional Irish Republican Army. [2] He was killed in a farmhouse outside Castleblayney, County Monaghan, by members of the Mid-Ulster Brigade of the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF).

In 1990, the new Ruttonjee 650-bed general hospital opened with the Sister Mary Aquinas Museum on one of the floors. On 17 April 2021 at around 2 pm, Poole (24), was stabbed to death at her first-floor apartment in Melville Drive, Finglas, north Dublin. [2]Neighbours raised the alarm and emergency services attended the scene before she was rushed to Connolly Hospital where she died a short time later.
