Elmsford is a village in Westchester County, New York, United States. It is part of the New York metropolitan area. Roughly one square mile, the village is fully contained within the borders of the town of Greenburgh. As of the 2010 census, the population of Elmsford was 4,664. [2]

The Central Westchester Parkway is a 1.01-mile (1.63 km) controlled-access parkway in Westchester County, New York, in the United States. It runs from exit 7 of the Cross Westchester Expressway to New York State Route 22 (NY 22). The road has two intermediate exits and is maintained by Westchester County as County Route 150.
The new parkway would lower traffic on NY 9A through Elmsford while also connecting to the Westchester County Medical Center, a local jail, and Westchester Community College. Economic improvements of the parkway extension would include nearly 6,000 new jobs and over US$2 million ($9 million in 2023) in tax rebates. [ 22 ]

Elmsford Reformed Church and Cemetery is a historic Dutch Reformed church/meeting house and cemetery at 30 S. Central Avenue in Elmsford, Westchester County, New York, United States. It was built in 1793 and is a two-story, wood-frame building. It is constructed of hand-hewn beams, shingles, and hand-wrought nails.
Outside of Elmsford, NY 119 becomes Tarrytown Road as it maintains a southeasterly alignment through the rest of the commercialized town of Greenburgh. It roughly parallels I-287 to a junction with NY 100 near the White Plains city line. NY 100 turns east here, following NY 119 for the next 0.75 miles (1.21 km).
