The term template, when used in the context of word processing software, refers to a sample document that has already some details in place; those can (that is added/completed, removed or changed, differently from a fill-in-the-blank of the approach as in a form) either by hand or through an automated iterative process, such as with a software assistant.
The space of vectors may be considered a coordinate space where elements are associated with a list of elements from K. The units of the field form a group K × and the scalar-vector multiplication is a group action on the coordinate space by K ×. The zero of the field acts on the coordinate space to collapse it to the zero vector.

Vector addition and scalar multiplication: a vector v (blue) is added to another vector w (red, upper illustration). Below, w is stretched by a factor of 2, yielding the sum v + 2w . In mathematics and physics , a vector space (also called a linear space) is a set whose elements, often called vectors , can be added together and multiplied ...
In addition to a warning, it also adds pages to Category:Templates with incorrect parameter syntax. For more information on how template parameters work, see mw:Help:Templates#Parameters. However, the most problems have been caused by omitting the first brace "{" of a parameter and getting {{2}}}, as invoking Template:2 +"}" rather than ...
This is a documentation subpage for Template:List of chemical elements. It may contain usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page. Used in article List of chemical elements § List .
There exists an element 0 ∈ V, called the zero vector, such that v + 0 = v for all v ∈ V. Inverse elements of vector addition: For every v ∈ V, there exists an element −v ∈ V, called the additive inverse of v, such that v + (−v) = 0. Compatibility of scalar multiplication with field multiplication: a(bv) = (ab)v [nb 3]
The template you used to blank the article will display this code, with parameters already filled out, in its lower right quadrant. You may simply copy and paste it from there. Please also add {{subst:uw-copyright| PageName}} to the article creator's talk page. This code will also be generated by the blanking template.
