The Casselman Vikings are a Canadian Junior ice hockey team in Casselman, Ontario.The Vikings play in the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League (EOJHL). Between 2014-15 and the end of the 2019-2020 seasons, the EOJHL and the CCHL set a new agreement in an attempt to create a better player development model.
The 13 member teams of the league compete for the Barkley Cup. Dating back to the 1960s, the league was known until 2015 as the Eastern Ontario Junior B Hockey League. The League was known from 2015 to 2020 as the Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2.
The Lions were one of six teams dropped when the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League re-configured and re-branded as the Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2. [ 1 ] In March 2017, it was announced that the reigning NCJHL champions, Embrun Panthers , were joining CCHL Tier 2 in the fall of 2017.

On April 22, 2014, the Casselman Vikings of the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League played in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia and became the first non-Atlantic Canada team to compete at the event. The Vikings would defeat the Fredericton Jr. Caps 6–1 in their debut.
In their first year of the new logo and colors the Stittsville Rams advanced to the league final. Unfortunately they could not better the league defending champions, Casselman Vikings, dropping the series 2 games to four. During the final stages of the 2015–16 season the Minor Hockey association declared the affiliation terminated.
Founded in 1972, Embrun started out in the Eastern Ontario Junior B Hockey League.After 2 seasons, in 1974, the 72's dropped down to the EOJCHL. In 2010, the EOJCHL became the National Capital Junior Hockey League.
The league was established in 1972 as the Edmonton Metropolitan Junior Hockey League. League playoff winners face off against the winners of the other Alberta "B" leagues in the Alberta Provincial Junior B Hockey Championship. The Provincial winner earns the chance to compete for the Western Canadian Junior "B" Crown, the Keystone Cup.
