Heather Sears. Such a fine actress in Room at the Top and Sons and Lovers. I wonder why she didn’t make the sequel - Life at the Top, although Jean Simmons was terrific. Talk about a vanishing talent who is rarely spoken about these days…. She also co-starred with DL fave Joan Crawford in Esther Costello. She was no Heather Roebuck.
March 11, 2016 1:50 PM. Harvey did a marvelous star turn on Rod Serling's Night Gallery. It co-starred his good friend Joanna Pettet. He supposedly stayed off his pain meds for his cancer during this performance. Written by Rod Serling the episode was named "The Caterpillar" and it has a particularly horrific twist ending.
Jean Simmons descends the stair with prominent nipples and plays the piano a melancholy music of death while killing someone she loves . I think it is a perfect portrayal of a psychopath, mostly due to all erros done.
