The Maritime Privateers football team represents the State University of New York Maritime College in college football at the NCAA Division III level. The Privateers are members of the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC), fielding its team in the NEWMAC since 2023.
The Maritime Privateers currently sponsors 16 different varsity programs: baseball, men's basketball, men's and women's cross country, football, men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's rowing, co-ed dinghy sailing, co-ed offshore sailing, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's swimming & diving, and women's volleyball.
