Sonoma County Sol is an American soccer team based in Santa Rosa, California, United States. Founded in 2004, the team plays in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), a national amateur league at the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the West Region, Golden Gate Conference. The team plays its home games at Casa Grande High School.
The team played its home games at Ernie Nevers Field on the campus of Santa Rosa High School in the city of Santa Rosa, California, 55 miles north of San Francisco. The team's colors was blue and white. The team was a sister organization of the men's Sonoma County Sol team, which plays in the National Premier Soccer League.
