Megumi Fushiguro (Japanese: 伏黒 恵, Hepburn: Fushiguro Megumi) is a fictional character of the manga series Jujutsu Kaisen created by Gege Akutami.He is a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, an academy to become a Jujutsu Sorcerer and develop Cursed Techniques to fight against Cursed Spirits, beings manifested from Cursed Energy due to negative emotions flowing from humans.
Mahoraga knocks him out, and before it can kill Haruta, Sukuna saves him, as he recognizes the ritual; Megumi will be in a death-like state until Mahoraga is either defeated or kills him and Haruta. Intending to use Megumi for his future plans, Sukuna faces the shikigami himself to save him.
Megumi, Nobara, and Yuji are sent out to investigate mysterious deaths connected to Megumi's middle school alma mater, Saitama Urami East Junior High. They discover the deaths were caused by a curse and that Megumi's step-sister Tsumiki, still in a coma, may become a victim of it as well if the three don't exorcise the curse.
