Louisiana. This stove in my opinion is the finest propane stove ever built. First off is because it is in a standard 426 size case. The burner to the left side is a 15,000 btu burner that allows heating to a boil very quickly as compared to the 2 standard 10,000 btu burners. It is a tank, I have fried fish, boiled seafood and peanuts, large ...
My first stove bought in 1963 with my first paycheck from my first full time job was a Coleman two burner that cost less than $10.00 new. I still own and use it. The only machine I own that is more reliable is a hammer. Nordicthug Look around, find the price of a new 3 burner Coleman Gasoline stove and $40.00 will seem a pittance. Nordicthug
3,726. I don't know hardly anything about the numbering. I know they used different numbering for the dual-fuel compared to the camp fuel-only stoves of the same size. It is a lot of stove to carry around, but for making bacon and eggs, pancakes and coffee in the morning -- it is nice to have those 3 burners. itchy, Jan 8, 2017.
If the long tube you are refering to is the one in these two pictures: then that is the generator. A complete generator is the long tube with a jet/nozzle at the end that goes in to the stoves manifold, together with the long, thin rod inside with a pricker at the end and the spring that goes inside the generator tube with the thin rod inside it.
We have a very nice 40 year old Coleman 3-burner stove and 2 mantle lantern that were given as wedding gifts. While they had seen use in our early years, both had been sitting for many years but lit immediately when brought out of retirement. However, the stove had what seemed like intermittent flow of fuel in that the hissing sound it makes ...
Most of the parts are the same. The first 3 numbers in the part number correspond (usually) to the stove model. so the generator for a 426D is really for a 413 stove. As to 426B vice 426D, I've never seen a B model, but I have seen some D's...could be a regional thing. bajabum, Aug 11, 2011.

1,048. A Coleman 443, triple burner suitcase stove, aluminum case with red wings. No date stamp found, but apparently these, like their 'little' 2 burner sister the 442, were only produced for 1 year, 1963. Aluminum frame and wings are very thin, which contributes to her light-weight. Very attractive stove but takes up a lot of real-estate.
Found a Coleman 426D at Steam Up for only $25. Lacking a three burner Coleman, I couldn't pass it up. Some oil on the pump leather, some fuel, and safety checks, and she cranked right up as you would expect an old Coleman to do. Ran wide open throttle most of the day with only shutting down long enough to refuel, without missing a beat. Can't ...
Joined: May 28, 2007. Messages: 2. Hello! I've had a Coleman stove, 3 burner, propane, model #5427, for as long as I can remember (it was my father's from when he was younger, we used it all through my childhood, and I've continued to use it to this day - I'm now 32). This past winter, after a winter trip into algonquin, I left the hose (that ...
