Lyte Gaming PC experience. I just wanted to talk about my experience with Lyte Technology. I'm getting to the end of the year and I'm given money that I can spend on various work related expenses and I decided to get a computer. I had been using an Intel Nuc (10th gen i7) for a while with an egpu (asus 3080) but I decided I wanted to get back ...
Well, it says parts cost is $1607, and build fee is $100, but the total is $2607, so it looks like they’re charging $1000 to put the components together. Do yourself a favor and put it together yourself after watching a couple 5 minute tutorials. Never pay anyone $1000 to assemble a basic desktop PC. 2. Award.
Cant find many reviews. I have been looking at Lyte technology gaming PCs. From what I can see people seem really happy with them but I wanted to get you guys opinion. I appreciate any feedback. Yes, they are legit and their instagram person is a meme master. However, their pcs are quite overpriced.
Should i order a pc from lyte technology? I want to order a system from lyte tech but dont know if they are legit. i have seen very mixed reviews, but lyte is the only place with the specs i want. The only item that they say will cause delays is the gpu, but how long is that delay? Im sorry im so clueless, but i just dont want to get scammed.
Lyte strung me along until I was out of my return window and then started ghosting me. They use 3rd gen and under processors, used parts that they buy in bulk from Ebay and a limited 30-day return window that is essentially pulling teeth to get anyways (with a re-stocking fee removed from your return).
updated:I gotta know is lyte technology legit. i saw this post last year with people saying it’s a total scam. one year later, i would like to see your opinions on wether or not it’s still a scam, or if it changed for the better. I’ve been researching it and lyte seems to have very mixed reviews. It has been praised on some popular YouTube channels like techsource but on this subreddit they seem to have a bad rep in a lot of posts a couple of years ago.
