I mostly buy in Eneba because it has the lowest prices, but also bought in Fanatical, CDKeys, Instant Gaming, G2A and others. Never had a problem with a key. When I have doubts, I use Is There Any Deal. Humble store is probably one of the most reliable websites. GG deals is the best site not only for deals, but for sites that recommend legit ...
Those are all legit, licensed key sellers. You could also try a graymarket seller like CDKeys (one of the best graymarket sites IMO), or more the potentially iffy ones that have listings from individual users, like G2A and Kinguin. Of note: the developer actually makes 30% more if you buy from those official sites.
CJS Keys and Cdkeys are the 2 websites I tend to use, both are pretty good, bit cheaper than they are on Steam etc but not too cheap that they seem dodgy, For example I just had a look at The Crew on both sites, and it's about £28 on there. Haven't had a problem with either of the sites as well.

I plan to buy Black Ops 3 through a key selling site because it will save me enough money so I can also buy Fallout 4. I used this key sellier comparison site to identify the best deal.
Humble Bundle and Indiegala are great. Bundlestars as well. ITT: People being downvoted for not saying 'steam'. Like always. TBH, I've had great success with Kinguin, I love Bundlestars and HumbleBundle too as 2nd party sites, but as 3rd party sites go Kinguin is one of the best an close to the cheapest.

Slightly more than cdkeys pricing right now. You can check kinguin, I usually use this site a lot, there's also gamebillet that has it rn. Big green man saved myself £40 from Lego star wars and many other games. Check every week or so to see any deals you like. Looking to save some money by buying a Hogwart's Legacy-steam key off a website ...
Recently a new scam site called Validsteamkeys (dot)com offering free steam keys gotten by unknown source, myself I wanted to test it out how it works. After doing sketchy task from sponsor (during which antivirus detected a adware and some other stuff)I left them a comment that it doesn't work and it took 2 days for them to "accept" comment to ...
CDKeys no. On the sidebar of this sub there is a handy post, it has a link with trustworthy deals sites. In my experience, Fanatical (formerly Bundlestars) can be trusted, yes. Use IsThereAnyDeal dot com before buying a game. It'll show you the cheapest keys from reputable companies.
