Lorine Zeineb Nora Talhaoui (born 16 October 1983), [4] [5] known professionally as Loreen (Swedish:), is a Swedish singer and songwriter. [ 6 ] [ 7 ] Representing Sweden , she won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012 and 2023 with the songs " Euphoria " and " Tattoo " respectively.
Loreen conceived the songs first harmonies by singing by a piano, and once a pattern is formed, "A free start from beginning to end. And everything came almost in one take. Of course, we tweaked it a little." [8] "Forever" was created solely for her Eurovision return performance as a sequel to "Tattoo". [9]
Loreen re-released "My Heart Is Refusing Me" as her worldwide second single. The song was considerably less successfully and charted in a handful of countries only.
