yeah this is a good split too. the only problem with this split for me is that i don't really like hitting back the day after shoulders. some of my shoulder exercises (dumbbell shoulder press, rear delt flyes) utilize the rear delt a bit and you might suffer on some of your back exercises that utilize the rear delt a bit as well (rows, pull ups ...

Other people are there to workout too and its arrogant to hog all the equipment especially when its just for chest flies and bicep curls. 2) try putting most the equipment near you ao you dont have to run across the gym every set.
