On July 1, 2014, a bus operator named Macau Nova Era de Autocarros Públicos, SA (with TCM as its majority owner) was created in July 2014. New Era took over all assets and routes previously operated by Reolian. Until August 1, 2018 when New Era and TCM merged companies and formed to become the biggest bus operator in Macau. [15]
