History 401 is the capstone course for the subject matter sequence of the Single Subject Credential Program at CSULB. HIST 401 CSULB is a History/Social Studies teacher preparation course that focuses on World History (Ancient through the Contemporary Era) and US History (1492-present). The intent of the course is to prepare students to teach in CA grades 6-12.
