Evansville is a city in and the county seat of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, United States. [5] With a population of 118,414 at the 2020 census, it is Indiana's third-most populous city after Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, the most populous city in Southern Indiana, and the 249th-most populous city in the United States.

St. John's United Church of Christ, originally known as St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church, is a historic United Church of Christ church located in downtown Evansville, Indiana. St. John's Parish Hall was built in 1921, and is a Tudor Revival style brick building. [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1]
Evansville Christian School was founded in 1975 by Bethel Temple Church. The private school corporation started with 143 students from kindergarten to sixth grade and received state accreditation during its second year. In 1990, it was incorporated as a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation with an independent board of directors.
