Of course, this was a buyout of Aboitiz transport group (which included SuperFerry among other holdings that had been spun off from WG&A) by Negros Navigation, with a simultaneous buyout of Negros by the Chinese government investment firm, followed by an entire re-branding -- a triple change of ownership before name change.
